A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING AN
INDIVIDUAL AS MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY (MSEA) FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, each to serve a term expiring January 12, 2006, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
Section 2. The residency requirements in Section 2-884(a) of the Code of the City of Miami, as
amended, are hereby waived by a four/fifths (4/5) vote of the members of the full City Commission, as
it relates to Allan Rubin as a member of the Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority.
Section 3. The elector requirements in Section 2-1013 of the Code of the City of Miami, as
amended, are hereby waived by a four/fifths (4/5) vote of the members of the full City Commission, as
it relates to Allan Rubin as a member of the Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority.

Board appointments are administrative acts which do not require
the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
