HomeMy WebLinkAboutnotice of public hearing(City Logo) CITY OF MIAMI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March loth, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., to consider the City Manager's recommendation and finding that competitive sealed bidding is not practicable or advantageous regarding the acquisition of goods and services by Charlie DeLucca Sr. and/or DeLucca Enterprises, Inc., associated with the operations and maintenance of the International Links Golf Course. This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-85 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended. The recommendation and finding to be considered in this matter are set forth in the proposed resolution and in this Code Section, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference herein and are available as public records from the City of Miami. The Public Hearing will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting of March 10th, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. All interested individuals are invited to attend this hearing and may comment on the proposed issue. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that the person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in these proceedings may contact the Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding at (305) 250-5360.
