HomeMy WebLinkAboutnotice of public hearingCITY OF MIAMI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, on March 10, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of hearing objections from any interested parties affected by the proposed Contract with Hammes Company Sports Development, Inc. for program, project and construction management services for the Orange Bowl Redevelopment Project; and authorizing the city manager to execute a project administration agreement; containing a repealer provision and a severability clause; and providing for an effective date. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this proposed contract. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding at (305) 250-5360.
