On November 30, 2004, AGL Resources acquired NUI Corp. NUI Utilities, Inc. has an operating company in Florida, now known as Florida City Gas. i understand that Florida City Gas and the City of Miami are currently operating under an Interim Franchise Agreement as we negotiate a new relationship. I want to assure you that AGL Resources looks forward to working with the City of Miami and is already making strides to get involved in the community.
