HUD Entitlement Grant funds Purpose of Item: o>m The purpose of this item is for the City Commission is to accept, through an emergency ordinance, US HUD's Entitlement Grant funds for the following programs: • Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") • Home Investment Partnerships ("HOME") • American Dream Downpayment Initiative ("ADDI") • Housing Opportunities For Persons With AIDS ("HOPWA") • Emergency Shelter Grant ("ESG") Background Information: MO. US HUD has advised the City of Miami of the entitlement grant funds to be received by the City under the following programs for fiscal year 2005: Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") $9,398,140 Home Investment Partnerships ("HOME") $4,920,334 American Dream Downpayment Initiative ("ADDI") $137,300 Housing Opportunities For Persons With AIDS ("HOPWA") $10,351,000 Emergency Shelter Grant ("ESG") $363,122 Budget Impact Analysis Is this item related to revenue?
