Dear Mr- Machado;
As per your request, we have examined Miami Dade Water and Sewer
Department's (WASD) facilities for the above mentioned project.
It is our understanding that you intend to construct a 10 story building on the
site, with 112 apartment units and 9000 square feet of retail space.
As shown in the attached atlas sheets, WASD owns a 20 inch water main in
NW 36 St and an 8 inch water main in NW 3 Ave. There are also existing
gravity sewer lines in both NW 36 St and in NW 3 Ave.
Due to the time constraints, we have not been able to contact WASD on this
issue nor have secured their comments; however, based on our experience
with the Department, we believe that the above described facilities are of
adequate size for the development. Lacking a fire flow test, but based on the
size of the main, we are also fairly certain that there is suffient fire flow.

Mr. Machado, we are not aware of sewer problems in the area, however, as a
matter of, policy, WASD will perform a "modeling" of the project and
ascertain if enough capacity exists or improvements are required.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with this service and look
