at Page 87, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Tract "A" of "RANNI SUBDIVISION", according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 85 at Page 45, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida; thence South 89*59'30" West,
along the Westerly prolongation of the North line of said Tract "A", for 101.65 feet; thence North 00*27'10" East
for 60.70 feet; thence South 89*30'10" West for 58.73 feet, to the West line of Tract "A" of said "EXECUTIVE
PLAZA"; thence South 00*00'47" East for 122.69 feet; thence South 89*59'30"West for 4.99 feet; thence South
00*00`47" East for 104.95 feet to the South line of said "EXECUTIVE PLAZA" plat; thence North 89*59'30" East
