Inspections (HQS)
Based on Type of Program:
• LTRA — 50 clients
• HQS — Minimum of 1,200 completed
inspections
Two year funding subject to;
• satisfactory performance,
• no outstanding monitoring
findings,
• no audit issues, and
• no indebtedness to the City of
Miami.
LTRA:
• $1,800 per client per year,
includes: intake, annual
certification, monthly phone
contacts, quarterly face-to-face
contacts, quarterly assessments
and move -out -walk-through.
PROJECT BASED:
• Based on the contract amount
(must prove the need of
operational subsidy) and number
of units assisted, averages $250-
$300 per occupied unit per month.
Agency must re -certify tenants on
an annual basis.
HQS:
• $116 per completed inspection.

• PROJECT BASED — Based on
funding gap of project sponsor
• MEALS — Based only on the cost of
providing meals to clients; minimum 50
clients, one meal per day, seven days

annual inspection, re -inspections,

of units assisted, maximum
compensation of $300 per
occupied unit per month. Agency
must re -certify tenants on an
annual basis.
HQS:
• $100 per completed inspection.
