Hearing to discuss issues relating to the
Community Development Block Grant (CMG)
and other HUD Programs. '

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide
citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any amendments to funding of HUD
programs. In addition, the public is advised of, the proposed amendments) to, the funding .of the City
program(s) indicated below:
1. "Discussion and Proposed resolution .authorizing the transfer of HOPWA funds. in the amount of $63,000 from
MOVERS, Inc. for the operating support of l_ifaquest I and II and $80,500 from MOVERS, Inc. for.the operating
support of Sugar Hill properties to be transferred as shown below :

' ("CHAP') for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2007.
3.:* Discussion and Proposed resolution approving the policies and procedures for the 3lst Year U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Funding. -
4. " Discussion and Proposed resolution authorizing,. directing and confirmingthe reversion of certain parcels of
land. previously conveyed to GAME Development, Corporation of South Florida, Inc.
" .The adoption of this Ordlnanbe/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizetthe City Manager to amend the
appropriate City of Miami' annual Action, Plan.:, ' .
