BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAM_I, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorizedW to negotiate and execute Professional Services Agreements, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, with each firm in an amount riot to exceed the amount indicated in Attachment "A" for each specialty for each firm, with funds ala,ocated from individual project accounts. The herein authorization is further subject to comp'iance with all requirements that may be imposed by the city Attorney, including but not iLmited tc those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions.
