PARK" as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 19 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGIN at the NE corner of said Lot 13 of "ST. JOHN PARK"; thence S64°01'39"E for a distance of 23.01 feet to
the point of intersecion with the NW corner of said Lot 1; thence S25°45'09"W along the West line of said Lot 1 for
a distance of 28.82 feet; thence S03°12'58"W along the West line of said Lots 1 through 11 for a distance of
