Please include in the text that Biscayne Bay is the eastern boundary of the general study area, as stipulated in an email from URS to the project traffic consultant. 2. Trip Generation Table 3-1: The formula for Specialty Retail is incorrect, although the trip generation is calculated correctly. Please revise. 3. NE r° Avenue is rnislabeled in Figures 3, 4, & 5. 4_ Table D-1:lnclude the information on the Airport Owl and Night Owl bus routes, as identified on page six of the report. Please separate the relevant transit information for the project from the entire list of transit routes. Please note that transit routes 6, 48, 51, 93, and M were included in Tables D-2 and D-3, but not discussed in the body of the report. Please revise. 5. Provide an illustration depicting the subject project and projects that impact the study area. Illustrate and label the links that were studied by each project. If the links interact with the study corridor and impact the traffic projections, please revise Table E-3 and Table F-1. The list of committed projects on page 12 in the report that have traffic information and the committed projects with traffic data in the attachment do not match. Please revise. 6. In some format (excerpted page, table, or star figure), provide the MUATS distribution in the report. 7. The applicant informed the Large Scale Development Review Committee on October 19, 2004 that there is the possibility of changing the retail use to a restaurant use. Please note that the change in use from retail to restaurant will generate an increase in traffic volume. The traffic study will need to be revised to reflect the change in use and the subsequent increase in traffic. *Please note that the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has reviewed this project and generated comments.
