South Bayshore Tower Project, from Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 6, Section 605, to allow a side setback of 8'8" on
SE 13 Street (15'0" required).
Purpose: This will allow a side setback of 8'8" on SE 13 Street where 15'0" is required.
