Con ay Director of Transp ation/CIP SUBJECT: Request to Publish Notice for Public Hearing — Ratification of Emergency Findings for City Hall Project Improvements REFERENCES : Jan. 27th Commission Meeting ENCLOSURES: Proposed Ad Please make arrangements to publish the attached Notice of Public Hearing regarding the ratification of the Emergency Findings of the City Manager justifying the waiver of competitive bids to implement the City Hall Chambers Lighting, Sound and Interior Improvements Project No. 30285. The contract was awarded to McCartney Construction, in the total amount of $1,158,397.17 and work was substantially completed in April 2003.
