Background Information: On October 10, 2003, thirteen lots were deeded to Scattered Sites LLC ("Scattered Sites'). Scattered Sites had a construction start up date of October 10, 2004 but for various reasons stemming from delays due to qualifying unbondable developers was unable to meet said requirement. Said agency was able to obtain four building permits. Therefore, a smaller scale project of four single family detached homes appears to be a more feasable project for them to complete. City of Miami is requesting nine parcels of land be transferred back to the City to be re -conveyed to another developer to be approved by the City Commission at a later time.
