A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING, DIRECTING AND CONFIRMING THE REVERSION OF NINE
VACANT PARCELS OF LAND, DESCRIBED IN "EXHIBIT A," ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED, TO THE CITY OF MIAMI, WITH SAID TERMS AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
WHEREAS, on October 10, 2003, thirteen lots were deeded to Scattered Sites, LLC ("Scattered
Sites"); and
WHEREAS, Scattered Sites had a construction start up date of October 10, 2004, but for various
reasons stemming from delays due to qualifying unbondable developers, was unable to meet this
requirement; and
WHEREAS, Scattered Sites was able to obtain four building permits; and
WHEREAS, a smaller scale project of four single-family detached homes appears to be a more
feasible project for Scattered Sites to complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by
reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The reversion of the nine parcels of land as described in "Exhibit A," attached and
incorporated, to the City of Miami, is authorized, directed and confirmed.
Section 3. Scattered Sites will promptly convey by deed to the City of Miami the nine parcels of
land described in "Exhibit A," attached and incorporated, and will retain four parcels of land as
described in "Exhibit B," attached and incorporated, for the new construction of four single-family
detached homes each consisting of four bedrooms.
Section 4. The City Manager is authorized{1} to execute the necessary documents for said
purpose.
Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{2}

Footnotes:
{2} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten (10) calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. if the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
