GRAPELAND SUBSTATION PLAT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF S.W. 16 TERRACE BETWEEN SW 27 AVENUE AND SW 29 AVENUE A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA * * * The accompanying Plat entitled F.P.L. GRAPELAND SUBSTATION PLAT was prepared by A. R. Toussaint and Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a replat of the property described In the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract of land containing approximately 35,506 square feet (0.77 ± of a n acre). It is zoned G/l. (2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the Department of Public works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by Albert R. Toussaint, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated ZCode. -- /f) signed by ,' ,'ie4 , Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested In Florida Power & Light Company, a Florida corporation, and that the Plat has been correctly executed. This Bond and the Surety's Power of Attorney will accompany the Agreement between the City of Miami, Florida and the Principal to guarantee the construction of the following at the property platted: REMOVE APPROXIMATELY 80 SQUARE FEET OF EXISTING CONCRETE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCT APPROXIMATELY SOO SQUARE FEET OF NEW 4-INCH CONCRETE SIDEWALK (INCLUDING HANDICAP RAMP) CONSTRUCT APPROXIMATELY 80 SQUARE FEET OF NEW 6-INCH CONCRETE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCT APPROXIMATELY 342 SQUARE YARDS OF NEW ASPHALT PAVEMENT (1- INCH ASPHALTIC CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND 8-INCH LIMEROCK BASE) PROVIDE AND INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 2034 SQUARE FEET OF SOLID SOD IN PLACE, INCLUDING PLANTING SOIL AND TOP DRESSING PROVIDE AND INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 50 LINEAR FEET OF 18-INCH PERFORATED ALUMINUM FRENCH DRAIN PIPE PROVIDE AND INSTALL TWO (2) TYPE "D" CATCH BASINS WITH TYPE "V" FRAME AND GRATE PROVIDE AND PLANT FOUR (4) PINK TRUMPET TREES (TABEBUIA HETEROPHYLLA) PROVIDE AND PLANT THREE (3) COCONUT PALM TREES (7) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida.
