L- 2 - . 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT A GRANT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,250,000, FROM THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT FOR A DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT IN THE FLAGAMI NEIGHBORHOOD; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, TO ACCEPT THE GRANT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept a grant, in the amount of $1,250,000, from the South Florida Water Management District for a drainage system and flood mitigation project in the Flagami neighborhood. Section 2. The City Manager is authorized1/ to execute /,, the necessary documents, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, to accept the grant. The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions.
