APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR) OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 163, PART II,
FLORIDA STATUTES AND CHAPTER 9J-5 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
CODE; DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS.
REQUEST: To Adopt the Revised 2005 Evaluation and Appraisal Report
(EAR)

FINDINGS:
PLANNING DEPARTMENT: Recommended approval.
PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD: Recommended approval with
conditions* to City Commission on October 19, 2005 by a vote of 6-0.
