La Junta de Comisionados de la Ciudad de Miami, Florida
celebrara una audiencia publica el 9 de junio del 2005,
a las 9:00 a.m. en los Salones de la Junta de Comi-
sionados en el ayuntamiento (City Hall), 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida, con el objeto de oir
objecciones por parte de personas interesadas
afectadas por Ia enmienda propuesta al Capftulo
54-190 del Codigo de la Ciudad de Miami, segtan la
enmienda, titulada "Nonstandard Street Widths" (An-
chos de Calles No Estadard), reduciendo el derecho
de via zonificado en Ia Calle 16 del NE entre la 2da.
Avenida y Biscayne Boulevard, de 50 pies a 25 pies,
(exclusivamente en el lado norte).
Se invita a comparecer y ser ofdas a todas las per-
sonas interesadas en estas reducciones del
ancho del derecho de via. Si alguna persona de-
seara apelar cualquier decision de Ia Junta de
Comisionados en relation con cualquier asunto
tratado en esta reunion, Ia misma debera asegu-
rarse de que se produzca una transcription literal de
las actuaciones, incluyendo todos los testimonios y
evidencias que pudieran servir de fundamento a
dicha apelacion.
De acuerdo con las disposiciones de la ley "Ame

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
on June 9, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall,
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of hearing objec-
tions from any interested parties affected by the proposed Amendment to
Section 54-190 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, entitled
"Nonstandard Street Widths" by reducing the zoned right of way of NE 16
Street between NE 2 Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard from 50 feet to 25 feet
(north side only).
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning
these reductions in zoned right of way width. Should any person desire to
appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter con-
sidered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any
appeal may be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons need-
ing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the
Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the pro-
ceeding at (305) 250-5360.
