Une rencontre avec le public sera organisee par la Commission de City
of Miami, Florida, le 12 Mai a 9 heures du matin a I'adresse suivante:
3500°Pan American Drive, Miami dans le but d'ecouter les objections
de personnes interessees concernant I'amendement de la Section 54-
190 du Code de City of Miami portant le nom de " Non standard Street
Widths" ( Largeurs non standardisees de rues ). I1 s'agit de reduire la
largeur de I'espace accordant le droit de passage dans les rues
suivantes: NE 2Avenue, NE gene street, NE 10 eme Stret et NE 11 eme
street, entre la 2 eme Avenue Nord Est et Biscayne Boulevard, la
faisant passer de 75 pieds A 50 pieds.
Toutes les personnes interessees sont invitees A se presenter et A dormer
leur avis concernant cette reduction de largeur de la zone prioritaire.
Si quelqu'un desire faire une motion concernant cette decision, elle
peut le faire en s'assurant qu'elle est en possession d'un rapport ecrit
incluant les divers temoignages sur lesquels se base sa motion.
En accord avec le Americans with Disabilities Act de 1990, toute
personne necessitant des accomodation speciales pour participer A cette
rencontre pourra contacter le Bureau du City Clerk pas plus tard que 2

A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, on May 12, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers
at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of
hearing objections from any interested parties affected by the proposed
Amendment to Section 54-190 of the Code of the City of Miami, as amend-
ed, entitled "Nonstandard Street Widths" by reducing the zoned right of way
of NE 7 Street, NE 8 Street, NE 10 Street and NE 11 Street, between NE 2
Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard from 75 feet to 50 feet.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning
these reductions in zoned right of way width. Should any person desire to
appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter con-
sidered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which
any appeal may be based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons
needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may con-
tact the Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to
the proceeding at (305) 250-5360.
