HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2004-0927 Monday, October 4, 2004 Mr. Miguel Gabela offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL BY THE PALM GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION AND ANDREW DICKMAN, ESQUIRE ON BEHALF OF EILEEN BOTTARI AND ABBIE CUELLAR, OF THE CLASS II SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 04-0157, APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR ON JULY 15, 2004, FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 7460 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL AND R-2 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-9 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD NORTH OVERLAY DISTRICT.
