We, the undersigned Oppose of the above referenced Clasen special permit allowing an 11-story mixed use tower at
7460 Biscayne Rouleverd. The proposed development will encroach 1 lot Into the Palm Grove neighborhood in
order to increase the size and scope of the building. The proposed height and bulk of this project is out of scale with
the suurounding buildings and homes, as well as the low -density character of the area, The project will litrther
congest traffic on the Boulevard and cause additional "cut through" traffic on Palm Grove residential street,. The
noise and light pollution coming from the tower will lower the quality of life enjoyed by Palm Grove residents. We,
therefore, urge the City Commission to Deny the applicant's request or Continue the matter until the applicant
eubstantie,b, changes its design to be compatible with the surrounding area.
