the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126 at Page 68 and lying 75.00 feet North of the North line of Lot
3, WESTERN BOULEVARD TRACT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 108, all of the
Public Records of Miami —Dade County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH:
That portion of the Right —of --Way for N. E. 31.st Street, as shown on the above mentioned plat of WEST
