Lofts at Mayfair Phase I & II Location: 3339 Virginia Street Water Connect to an existing twelve (12)-in. win. in Florida Avenue EIO Virginia St. and extend same easterly in Florida Ave. to Matt' Ave., thence northerly in Mary Ave. to be interconnected to an existing twelve (12)-in. w.m, in Mary Ave. S/O Oak Ave. Connect also to the existing twelve (12)-in. W.M. in Florida Ave. and Virginia Street and extend same northerly in Virginia St. to be interconnected to the existing six (6)-in. w.nr. in Oak Ave. In addition, interconnect the existing ten (10)-in. and thirty (30)-in. w.m.(s) in Tigertail Ave.and SW 27 Ave. Any public w.rn. extension within the property shall be twelve (12)-in. min. in diameter with two (2) points of connection and looped to avoid dead end mains, Existing w.m.(s) within the property shall be removed and relocated if in conflict with the proposed development. Easements associated with mains to be removed shall be closed and vacated before starting construction. Server The gravity sewer point of connection information for this development and the size of the requir•f,d gravity sewer mains in public right of way are subject to an engineering analysis to be conducted by the M-DWASD at the time a request for connection is sent to the Department, due to existing available capacity concerns in the area of the City of Miami. GENERAL NOTES: The size of the required water mains will depend upon the subject property's approved zoning, being twelve (12)-in. min. in diameter required for high density residential, commercial, business, industrial, hospitals, public building, etc. and eight (8)-in. min. in diameter required for low and rneUturn density residential zonings. Please be advised that the right to connect the referenced property to the Department's sewer system is subject to the terns, covenants and conditions set forth in the SettIernent Agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection ("DEP") and the County dated July 27th, 1993, the First Amendment to Settlement Agreement between DEP and County dated December 21 `1,1995, the First Partial Consent Decree and the Second and Final Partial Consent Decree entered in the United States of America Environmental Protection Agency vs. Metropolitan Dade County (Case Number 93-1109 CIV-1b1ORENO), as currently in effect or as modified in the future, and all other current, subsequent or future agreements, eourt orders, judgments, consent orders, consent decrees and the like entered into between the County and the United States, State of Florida and/or any other governmental entity, and all other current, subsequent or future enforcement and regulatory actions and proceedings.
