Medina Assistant Transportation Coordinator Office of Transportation, City Manager's Office (3rd Floor) City of Miami, 444 SW 2nd Avenue Miami, Florida 33130 Re: Capiro Tower MUSP Sufficient Letter — W,O. # 77 Dear Ms. Medina: We have reviewed the Traffic Impact Study dated August 2004 for the Capiro Tower project prepared by Transport Analysis Professionals, Inc. (TAP). Upon the initial submittal on August 9, 2004, we noted several omissions and corrections to the report and contacted TAP over the phone and requested revisions to the report. We received a revised report on August 24, 2004. Attached detail review comments are based on the revised traffic report. We conclude that the revised traffic report provided by TAP adequately addresses all the traffic issues and were found to be sufficient. However, the site plan needs to be revised and must demonstrate the maneuvering path of the delivery vehicles within the project site, As it is currently presented, it appears that the delivery vehicles will have to back up into the public streets to complete the turning maneuver. As this project progresses through the review process, the applicant roust submit an acceptable site circulation plan for approval by the City staff.
