December 9, 2004 City Commission
Meeting
The attached letter concerns Item PH.3 on tomorrow's City Commission Agenda and should be
considered relative to the requested action. The letter was not received from the developer,
Brickell Main Street LLLP, of the Mary Brickell Village Public Improvements Project in time to be
included in the Agenda package. The letter is from Wolfberg Alvarez and Partners, who serves
as the engineer of record for the above -mentioned project, and recommends that the project
improvements contemplated by the City in connection with the development be awarded to the
developer's construction firm, Bovis Lend Lease, which is already on site.
