Subject: Temporary Services Contract 2. Purpose of Item: This contract allows the use of temporary services agencies when the urgent need arises. 3. History of Item: In order for the City to use temporary personel services, the City is required to have selected appropriate agencies from a bidprocess. These contract expire every 1- 3 years before anotherivid process is required. This item is the approval of a new contract, which will be good for 2 years, with possible 1-year extensions. 4. Does this item correlate with the CIP plan of Strategic Plan? If so, how? Having the use of temporary services at our disposal correlates with "providing excellent customer service" and " facilitating service access for customers". 5. Does this item have any effect on residents within the City of Miami? If so, how? Enhanced service availability in times of need. 6. Will this item impact any specific District? If so, which one? No. 7. Does this item have any fiscal impact? (please provide dollar amount) This depends on the needs for temporary services.
