BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid of South Florida Maintenance Services, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 00-01-071, dated June 11, 2001, for the provision of grounds maintenance services at the Miami Riverside Center, for the Department of General Services Administration on a contract basis for a period of two years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year L ti✓ : I .
