Phase V - Implementation and/or Monitoring of Plan Should the City so desire and as an option, the Successful Proposer may be requested to assist in the implementation of the Plan, monitor the implementation of the Plan, or make recommendations to the City on an as needed basis to ensure the implementation of the Plan is successful. Should the City exercise this option, the City shall reimburse the Consultant those fees negotiated in the Contract. 2.3. Deliverables As this project is a priority of the City, it is anticipated that the Successful Proposer will complete all of its work no later than 320 calendar days after execution of a Contract, and is expected to meet the following milestones for deliverables. Payment of fees are to be based on accomplishments for each of the deliverables. Activity ➢ Completion of activities related to Phase I and the establishment of baseline data. > Completion of activities related to Phase II mitigation planning. ➢ Completion of activities related to Phase III — response and recovery planning, including the development of Plan and the provision of Final Plan and 50 written copies. ➢ Completion of activities related to Phase IV — readiness preparation, including training. Deliverables 120 days after Contract execution 180 calendar days after Contract execution 270 calendar days after Contract execution 320 calendar days after Contract execution Further, the City reserves the right to add, or delete, at any time during the Contract, services to be performed by the Successful Proposer, under the terms of the Contract. 10
