Florida. for a term of seven (7) years, with the option to extend the agreement, subject to mutual consent. for two

Comments: Lessor is responsible for complete build -out of space, pay all common area charges, and provide four
(4) reserved parking spaces. Rent for the 19t year shall be $12.00 per s.f. or $1,200.00/mo. Thereafter, rent to be
