This:'Resolutionestablishes a new special revenue fund entitled: "Urban Areas Security
Initiative (UASI) Grant Program III (FY 2004)" from the U.S. Department of Homeland
Security, pass through the Office Domestic Preparedness, directly to the State of
Florida Division of Emergency Management, who has subgranted said funds to the City
of Miami, and its contiguous county, Miami -Dade County. Appropriations Total
Amount: $19,033,677.
