A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, BY AMENDING THE FUTURE
LAND USE MAP, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3685 AND 3695 SOUTHWEST
23RD STREET AND 3672 AND 3688 SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, FROM "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL",
BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE LOTS ARE LOCATED IN A HIGH -DENSITY
CORRIDOR, AND FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT IS
CONSISTENT WITH AND IT DOES COMPLY WITH THE GOALS,
OBJECTIVES AND POLICIES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI COMPREHNSIVE
PLAN.

ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL BY THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF THE
APPLICANTS VOLUNTARY PROFER OF A COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE
LAND IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY INCLUDING
UDRB/DESIGN REVIEW IN THE EVENT THE CITY COMMISSION AMENDS
ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP FOR
THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3685 AND 3695
SOUTHWEST 23RD STREET AND 3672 AND 3688 SOUTHWEST 22ND
