AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000,
THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
OFFICIAL VACATION AND CLOSURE OF A STREET AND ALLEY FOR THE ICE PALACE
SUBDIVISION, BEING THE PORTION OF NORTHWEST MIAMI COURT BETWEEN
NORTHWEST 14 STREET AND NORTHWEST 15 STREET, THE ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK
41 FROM NORTHWEST 14 STREET TO NORTHWEST 15 STREET AND THE ALLEY
LOCATED IN BLOCK 42 FROM NORTHWEST 14 STREET TO THE FLORIDA EAST COAST
RAILROAD, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC
RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
