The plan that you submitted conforms to the Seven -Step Guide to the Design and Development of an Equal Employment Opportunity Plan, which is a guide to providing the essential information that the Department of Justice requires for our initial screening of your EEOP. The Department of Justice regulations for developing a comprehensive EEOP may be found at 28 CFR § 42.301 et seq. Your approved plan is effective for two years from the date of this letter.
