Dear Ms. Pardo:
On behalf of Brickell Courtyards, LLC, the owner of that certain parcel of land consisting
of± 1.37 acres located generally at 830 South Miami Avenue, 850 South Miami Avenue, 59 SW
9 Street. 55-57 S.W. 91h Street, 37 S.W. 9 Street, 35 S.W. 9 Street and 29 S.W. 9 Street, please
accept this letter as continuation that Greenberg Traurig, as land use counsel to BAP
Development Inc., is authorized to file an application seeking a Major Use Special Permit with
the City of Miami to permit development of a mixed -use project consisting generally o.f 560
residential dwelling units and approximately 157,950 square feet of retail and office space
combined (the "Project").
This authorization is granted based upon the representation that BAP Development Inc.
and its affiliates, and not Brickell Courtyards, LLC, will be paying all costs associated with the
application, including all application fees and all legal fees earned by Greenberg Traurig.
