HomeMy WebLinkAboutnotice to publicCITY OF MIAMI NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on October 28, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed competitive bids and authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Terremark of Dinner Key, Inc., a Florida for profit entity, for the provision of concessionaire services at Coconut Grove Expo Center, for a 90 day period with three options to extend, not to exceed a one year period, from October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this matter. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding at (305) 250-5360.
