HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB ResoMiami Zoning Board Resolution No.: 2004-0859 Monday, April 26, 2004 Mr. Carlos Martell offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD GRANTED THE VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, REQUIRED YARD, TO ALLOW A SIDE YARD SETBACK OF 6.5' (15'0" REQUIRED) FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3145 DAY AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 15, BISCAYNE REALTY COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 5, EDWARD PENT HOMESTEAD (3-85), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-2 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. THIS VARIANCE WAS GRANTED PER PLANS ON FILE WITH A TIME LIMITATION OF TWELVE MONTHS IN WHICH A BUILDING PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED.
