FOOT, 17-STORY HIGH MIXED USE STRUCTURE TO BE COMPRISED
OF 164 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS, SEVEN OFFICE
LIVE/WORK UNITS, AND 208 TOTAL PARKING SPACES.
