This letter serves to advise you that Greenberg, Traurig has the authority to file a
Major Use Special Permit application for property located at approximately 236 N.E. 2°d
Street, 226 N.E. 2' Street and 133 N.E. 2°d Avenue, Miami, Florida on behalf of The
Related Group of Florida the proposed purchaser of my property.
It is my understanding that The Related Group of Florida will be paying for all
application fees, as well as for all legal fees earned by Greenberg.
