The Finance Committee was created to review and make recommendations regarding the issuance of debt
obligations and the management of outstanding debt. The committee will consider all issues related to
outstanding and proposed debt obligations, and will vote on issues affecting or relating to the credit
worthiness, security and repayment of such obligations, including but not limited to procurement of services,
structure, repayment terms and covenants of the proposed debt obligation, and issues which may affect the
security of the bonds and ongoing disclosure to bondholders and interested parties.
Six members' terms expired on July 21, 2004:
• Commissioner Gonzalez has one nomination for seat currently held by Norma M.
Castillo.
• Commissioner Winton has one nomination for seat currently held by David R.
Berley.
• Commissioner Regalado has one nomination for seat currently held by Eli Feinberg.
• Vice Chairman Sanchez has one nomination for seat currently held by Timothy
Keegan.
• Chairman Teele has one nomination for seat currently held by Candis Trusty.
• Mayor Diaz has one appointment for seat currently held by Richard Berkowitz.
For your convenience, we are including a copy of the current membership of said committee. By
copy of this memorandum, we are requesting that the Agenda Office place this issue on the
September 9, 2004 agenda.
