A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Anthony Cantey Chairman Arthur E. Teele, Jr.
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Nuisance
Abatement Board, each to serve an unexpired term ending on May 5, 2005, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
Section 2. The term limits of Section 2-885(b) of the Code of the City of Miami, as amended, are
hereby waived by a unanimous (5/5) vote of the members of the City Commission, as it relates to
Robert Valledor as a member of the Nuisance Abatement Board.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
