Dear Mr. Funnen: It was a pleasure meeting with you this morning. Pursuant to your request, PM Security Services, Inc. will provide professional unarmed security guard services to building located in Bayfront Park for the following costs: One (I) unarmed security officer from 1:00am to 8:O0am @ $11.50 per hour .Mark, the above is an hourly rate quoted based on the schedule we discussed, Should the schedule be reduced, PM Security Services reserves the right to make any changes to the hourly rate.. Securityas per our contract with Sky -Lift Holdings. AU securityy tions during the hours of service offered at this location, bt not be limited toil eefoll wing specse ific duties relative to their area of assignment. 1 All security officers .must be in complete uniform at all times while on duty and all uniforms must be the same model/style. A complete uniform includes but is not limited to: Appropriate navy blue pants, navy blue shirt, and black sox and shoes. Security 1.D. badge on left side of the shirt, whistle on the right side of the shirt. Left sleeve will have company logo and right sleeve will have th,e American flag. No exceptions will be made. All security officers who do not abide by this rule will be suspended on their first offense. The second offense will be cause for termination. 2. Weapons may not be used or possessed at the job site, as we are an unarmed (D License) security services, 3. Officers may not leave their post until relieved. It is the guard on duty's responsibility to contact their, immediate supervisor if the next guard scheduled has not arrived. You may contact Base of Operations via radio comm.unication if such situation were to occur. 4. The employees shall maintain satisfactory standards of competency; conduct cleanliness, appearance and integrity. P.M, Security Services, Incorporated, is responsible for taking such disciplinary action with respect to employees as may be necessary. 5. Officers shall make rounds of assigned areas. b. Security Officers are forced to maintain logs and incident reports. Post Orders will provide instructions for the posting of each post Jog and incident report, 7. The use of narcotics or controlled substances without a prescription from licensed physician will be grounds of immediate dismissal. Showing up to work with prescription drug$ that • impair their performance will not be permitted. S. The supervisor shall assure proper manning of the post, that the assigned guard is fully familiar with the General and Post Orders and that the Post Log is properly maintained. When required, the supervisor shall conduct a muster of officers going on duty for purposes of inspections for proper uniform, review of current security problems, special. instructions and training. The time required for this muster is in addition to that required to provide a timely relief for officers on post. 9. P.M. SECURITY SERVICES INCORPORATED will prepare and maintain all guard force schedules to reflect work site requirements. The Guard Post will detail the post number and for location, the name of the Guard assigned. Each security Guard will receive a copy of this schedule and is required to report to duty fifteen minutes prior to relieve the Guard on post. Any change of schedule shall be requested to management, at least 72 hours prior to the start of the scheduled period, in writing. Sickness or emergencies shall be reported immediately. Y 10. The guard force shall be knowledgeable of the state and federal laws regarding civil issues and Iegal liabilities. The security personnel have absolutely no arrest powcrs other than those of private citizens. The guard force is required to notify the local law enforcement agency when He or She observes or has knowledge that a felony has been committed. The general guidance for the security officer confronted with the necessity of the use force is that at all times the law does not favor protection of property over human life regardless of provocation, no security personnel should attempt to restrain any personnel engaged in disruptive or violent behavior unless absolutely necessary to safeguard human life. 11. A person is justified in the use of force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that he reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or another, against such other's imminent use of unlawful force. However, he is justified in the use of deadly force only if he reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony. 12.
