A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, SYSTEM INTEGRATION SERVICES,
COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES, SYSTEMS ANALYSIS SERVICES,
DATA BASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES,
AND OTHER TECHNICAL CONSULTING SERVICES, FROM VARIOUS
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT SERVICES VENDORS AS
LISTED ON THE VENDOR LIST, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED, FOR
THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ("ITD"), AWARDED
UNDER VARIOUS STATE OF FLORIDA CONTRACTS, ON AN AS -NEEDED
CONTRACT BASIS, SUBJECT TO ANY EXTENSIONS, RENEWALS, AND
REPLACEMENT CONTRACTS BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AT AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $900,000; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM ITD STRATEGIC
FUNDS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT ("CIP") ACCOUNTS, OR THE
OPERATING BUDGETS OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES FOR
THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (FY 2003-2004), AND FROM THE OPERATING
BUDGETS OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, CIP ACCOUNTS, OR ITD
STRATEGIC FUNDS AS MAY BE ADJUSTED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE
CITY COMMISSION IN THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS/CIP ORDINANCES
OR AS OTHERWISE ADJUSTED AS PERMITTED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The acquisition of information technology project management services, system
integration services, computer programming services, systems analysis services, data base
management services, technical support services, and other technical consulting services, from
various IT Consultant Services vendors as listed on the Vendor List, attached and incorporated, for
the Department of Information Technology, awarded under various existing State of Florida
Contracts, on an as -needed contract basis, subject to any extensions, renewals, and replacement
contracts by the State of Florida, in an amount not to exceed $900,000, is approved, with funds
allocated from ITD Strategic Funds, CIP Accounts, or the Operating Budgets of various
departments and agencies for the current Fiscal Year (FY 2003-2004), and from the Operating
Budgets of Various Departments, CIP Accounts, or ITD Strategic Funds as may be adjusted from
time to time by the City Commission in the Annual Appropriations/Capital Improvements
Ordinances, or as otherwise adjusted as permitted by law.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature
of the Mayor.{1 }

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
