Said points are: - U.S. Lawns will mail or fax the City the monthly schedule of its grounds maintenance activities. - U.S. Lawns will fax the City the parks maintained each day and what tasks were performed. Failure to accomplish the first two points, and the maintenance thereof, will result in this office informing the Purchasing Department of said facts and the possible retention of payments. The meeting was convened because, of late, the maintenance work performed by U.S. Lawns has been deemed not satisfactory and unacceptable by the City. Tolerance for contract non-compliance will not be forthcoming.
