janitorial maintenance for this facility.
Your concern for maintaining a superior standard of cleaning is very visible. This was
apparent in our recent survey and subsequent accreditation by the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, in which the housekeeping function was
commended for the cleanliness of the hospital and no deficiencies were cited in this area.
A performance of this nature can be achieved only through the good management practices
of both your corporate and on-slte teams. Mr. Jimmy Aimansa, your on -site Executive
Housekeeper, has provided us with nothing short of total quality and professional service.
Mr. Alumna is an active member of all related facility committees and meets continuously
with facility staff to Insure housekeeping standards are being met.

For the past 15 years, Best's Maintenance & Janitorial Services, Inc. has been providing
daily janitorial services, 365 days per year, at Miami -Dade Transit's (MDT) Metrobus
Garages and facilities.
The duties performed by Best's on a daily basis include, restroom cleaning, pressure
washing, trash collection and removal from facilities and surrounding areas, and office
cleaning as well as responding to emergency situations when notified by MDT
personnel.
Best's has provided good -quality service. We have found their personnel and
management staff to be cooperative.
