Approval The proposed amendment is in order to modify and provide clarification for certain existing provisions of the code regarding rules for when projects cross district boundaries or streets, and height of buildings abutting residential districts. The existing provisions are unclear as to interpretation and applicability and require the proposed modifications for clarity. Recommended approval to City Commission.
