Subject: FW: Ransom Land Use and Zoning Ordinances Ana- Good afternoon - There is a clerical error in the Exhibit to Legistar files 0400559/ 0400559(a) (a/k/a City of Miami Ordinances #12570 and #12571). You need to replace the legal description in both ("Exhibit A") with the attached legal description which will serve as Exhibit A in lieu thereof. The clerical error is simply this at final reading the land subject to the land use change was reduced or lessened from what was originally proposed. This was done on the record and accepted by our City Commission. However, the Exhibit A to these ordinances continues to reflect the former legal description which is larger than the correct one. Please make this correction. I tell you as a matter of law that this is a scrivener's error that can be corrected by you upon my instruction. Please confirm that you have done so.
