Subject: 04-2 Comp Plan Amendment Second Reading

Per our conversation, I'd like to request that you place the two Watson Island parcels,
Parcels "G" and "H," on the Commission Agenda for Second Reading (and adoption) on
July 22nd. The parcels are part of the 04-2 Comp Plan amendment and were identified an
the May 27th Commission Agenda First Reading as PZ 21 and PZ 23. Upon adoption by
the Commission, these amendments will be forwarded to DCA as Small Scale
Amendments. There have been no changes to the amendment package —as was
submitted in May —thus all of the information will remain the same. Please let me know if
you will need any additional information.
