On April 5, 2004, Ms. Lucia Dougherty, Greenberg Traurig, and Mr. Alan Lester, B Developments, presented the aforementioned MUSP to the MRC. The subject property is located on the River's south shore, at 1861 NW South River Drive. The MRC found the "Terraza's de Miami River" MUSP application to be consistent with the Miami River Greenway Action Plan, subject to the following three conditions, which have been agreed upon by the potential developer: 1) Provide a publicly accessible (minimum) 16-foot wide unobstructed riverwalk / pedestrian path (with an additional minimum 4-feet in passive greenspace with amenities including lighting, benches, landscaping, signage, etc.) 2) Provide an 8-foot wide unobstructed "on -road" greenway pedestrian path (directly in front of the proposed project on NW South River Drive) 3) Provide connectivity between the proposed project's publicly accessible Riverwalk and "on -road" greenway sections Therefore, by a vote of 8-4, the MRC recommended approval of the "Terraza's de Miami River" MUSP.
